Your membership will be with one clinic. If you are moving or would like to transfer your membership please notify your Face Foundry clinic and the team can assist with your transfer.
At Face Foundry you are able to pause or cancel your membership. To do this, you must inform your Face Foundry clinic in writing with at least 7 days’ notice before the cancellation can be actioned. You can also pause your membership for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 3 months.
Signing up to a Face Foundry membership is super easy. You can do this in two ways, simply book a free consultation at your preferred clinic location to meet with the Treatment Adviser who will assist you on your treatment journey! You can also purchase a membership directly from our website. If you are unsure of what membership is right for you, we recommend booking in a free consultation.
Botulinum toxin injections are prescription medicine for the treatment of frown lines , horizontal forehead lines and crow’s feet round the eyes. Botulinum toxin injections have risks and benefits. Ask your doctor if botulinum toxin injection is right for you. If you have side effects, see your doctor. You will need to pay for your botulinum toxin injection and clinic fees will apply. For details on precautions & side effects consult your doctor or go to www.medsafe.govt.nz . Botulinum toxin injections lasts about 4 months and further courses of treatment may be necessary. Should only be administered by trained medical professionals.
